A sound bath can be in a group or in a 1-1 situation, I offer both at my home as well as where clients need me to be. I can hold a sound bath with my Alchemy Crystal Bowls or with my gong. in a sound bath, the participants lay down and receive the sound frequencies emitted by the bowls or gongs.
